To order a replacement tag, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account.

2. Navigate to the ‘Pets’ tab.

Click ‘Order replacement’ under the pet you require a replacement tag for.

3. Receive and Activate Your Replacement Tag:

When your replacement tag arrives, scan it.

Log in and click on the ‘Replace this tag’ button to override the old tag.

4. Attach the New Tag to Your Pet’s Collar:

Place the new tag on your pet’s collar.
